Songkla Bike Week being held over 30th to 31st January 2015 at Samila Beach so over 175 KTM Malaysia CKD participants convoy from the KTM assembly plant in Jitra, Kedah to the southern province. The convoy was flagged off by chairman Dato Seri Syed Badlishah Tuanku Syed Putra. 
Over 5,000 big bikes from Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand join cavalcade of bikes and riders on a visit to famous attractions in Hat Yai district and Songkhla province.
Bikers enjoy concerts by famous singers and ample shopping opportunities.
KTM also organised a visit the floating market in Khlong Hae and a charity ride to a village in the Songkla province, were among the activities planned. the KTM owners was escorted by the Thai police in to Hatyai and to the Songkla Bike week venue 
Samila Beach. KTM CKD plans to organised more convoys to foster a greater bond between owners of KTM’s from various states in Malaysia. 
Bike Station’s Mr Khun who was the head marshall in the convoy, says Phuket and Krabi bike week is in the plans for their convoy ride. KTM owners rode thier Duke 690, 390, 200 and new RC390 and RC200 enjoying the cooling winds of the Samila Beach.
