The 24th edition of the PETRONAS GRAND PRIX OF MALAYSIA 2023 is all set to enhance the fan experience with an array of exciting new features. The Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia is taking the lead in making motorsports accessible to all Malaysians by introducing the ‘Tiket Rahmah’ for the K2 Hillstand, priced at RM49.90. This special ticket not only offers a panoramic view of the action but also grants access to more affordable food and beverage options, aligning with the initiative’s objectives.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports recognizes motor racing as a platform for empowering the youth. The prestigious PETRONAS GRAND PRIX OF MALAYSIA 2023 has the potential to inspire the younger generation to acquire the skills needed to excel in the sport.

The event, themed #kasigegar, promises an exhilarating lineup of activities at Sepang throughout the race weekend. Sepang International Circuit (SIC) will be giving away three units of the limited-edition special liveried Yamaha R25, upgraded by Racing Boy (RCB), as part of the MotoGP™ Mega Lucky Draw. Additionally, there will be sales of the SIC x KYT Limited Edition custom helmet designed exclusively for MotoGP™ Malaysia. To enhance the user experience, a MotoGP™ Malaysia generative AI chatbot, developed by Axrail.AI in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), will be introduced. This chatbot will offer seamless navigation in multiple languages, precise location services, and simplify both food pre-ordering and merchandise browsing with just a touch.

Local motorsport enthusiasts can look forward to witnessing their homegrown heroes in action during the race weekend. The talented 21-year-old Syarifuddin Azman, also known as Damok of the MT Helmets-MSi Team, will be competing in the Moto3™ class. Four other Malaysians, namely Farres Putra, Farish Hafiy, Ahmad Darwisy, and Adi Putra, will be showcasing their skills in Round 5 of the Idemitsu Asian Talent Cup, a MotoGP™ support race.

The PETRONAS GRAND PRIX OF MALAYSIA 2023 is scheduled to take place from November 10-12 at SIC, and tickets can be purchased at www.sepangcircuit.com.
