Wenling City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China

QJ Motor opened its doors to Malaysian media for an exclusive tour of its latest Smart Manufacturing Factory in Wenling City — a state-of-the-art facility that represents the next phase of the company’s global expansion. This advanced plant, built with Industry 4.0 automation, robotics, and digital quality-control systems, has an impressive maximum output capacity of 30,000 motorcycles per month, placing it among the largest high-tech motorcycle production hubs in the region.

The visit was part of a special one-day agenda during the China Media Education Trip, where journalists were given rare inside access to the new factory’s production floors, assembly lines, R&D labs, and testing facilities. More importantly, QJ Motor also provided hands-on test rides of several models slated for the Malaysian market in 2025 and 2026.

The 2025 media visit revealed one thing clearly: QJ Motor is preparing a major push into Malaysia’s motorcycle market, especially in the scooter, adventure, street, and supersport segments.

With:

  • A 30,000-unit/month smart factory,
  • Aggressive product pipeline,
  • Competitive pricing,
  • A rapidly expanding global dealer network,

…Malaysia will undoubtedly see more QJ Motor models in the coming years.

The ATX lineup, SRK450RR, and SRK250RD demonstrate how QJ Motor is targeting every rider segment — from commuters to off-road riders, and from new riders to track-day enthusiasts.

A Smart Factory Built for Global Expansion

The Wenling Smart Factory reflects QJ Motor’s strategic push to expand aggressively into Southeast Asia — with Malaysia positioned as one of its key markets.

Key Highlights of the Factory:

  • Monthly capacity: Up to 30,000 units
  • Automation: Robotic welding, laser-guided measurement systems, AI-driven quality inspection
  • Smart Logistics: Automated parts flow and digital inventory management
  • R&D Integration: Real-time testing feedback directly applied into production processes
  • Environment-friendly design: Energy-efficient systems and reduced-waste manufacturing

The factory not only handles assembly but also conducts frame production, engine testing, painting, and rolling-road final checks — all under one roof.
