A man died after being hit by a car that skidded during a race at the Dato’ Sagor Circuit, Kampung Gajah here this afternoon.
The footage of the incident went viral on social media showing two cars that were racing and rubbing until one of the cars crashed to the side of the circuit. So far the identity of the victim has not been obtained and it is understood that the victim was sent to Changkat Melintang Hospital and confirmed dead.
Perak Tengah District Police Chief, Superintendent Barudin Wariso confirmed the incident and informed that further investigations are underway.
