1. Hang your jacket on a well-shaped hanger (all our leather jackets come with wide hangers with no localised stress point) and keep in a cool and dry place. Avoid using plastic bags or any pore-less material to wrap the jacket.
2. In our fickle Malaysian weather, if the jacket gets wet, don’t worry. Dry with clean cloth and hang it to dry at room temperature with good ventilation, away from any direct heat sources. However, if the jacket gets ‘badges of honour’ – bug splatters, do clean them off as soon as you can with Dainese Strong Cleaner through the following step.
3. Treat with Dainese Leather Protection and Cleaning Kit. Use Dainese Strong Cleaner to clean the surface in light circular movements. Avoid rubbing vigorously. Half an hour later, use Leather Protection Cream to nourish the leather. Allow to dry.
Dainese recommend cleaning your leathers at least twice a year to restore them to its optimum condition thus enhancing durability.
