HONG LEONG YAMAHA MOTOR (HLYMA) ALUMNI
Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYMA) Alumni, consisting of Yamaha motorcycle distributors, business partners, and industry workers in Malaysia, organized the community activity “Blindness Doesn’t Stop The Game” in collaboration with the Blind Football Association of Malaysia (BFAM).
HLYMA Chairman, Ng Yee Sheng, also known as ‘Boss James,’ stated that the activity aimed to appreciate and support athletes with disabilities, particularly the “Malaysia Blind Tigers” team.
“They showcased excellent performance in the 12th ASEAN Para Games (APG) for Blind Football (5A Side) in Cambodia recently, where they successfully brought home a silver medal in the football event,” said Ng Yee Sheng.
“We at HLYMA are collectively assisting in raising funds and fulfilling the team’s needs to ensure the best performance for our national athletes in upcoming championships,” he added during the meeting held today.
Also present at the event were the Deputy Director (Sports) of the Selangor State Youth and Sports Department (JBS), Norazreen Sulaiman, and the Chief Marketing and Meta Manager of HLYM, Tim Hoo.
