This is a new announcement on Sepang 2015 Trackday.
Beginning this year, SIC have implemented new trackdays rules. The new rules imposed mainly to improve safety among riders, provide a better place for riders and ensure a smooth operation of trackdays.
Some of the new rules and approach are:
1)Every trackday session will run for 4 hours, which are Slot 1: 8am – 1pm or Slot 2: 2pm – 6pm. For a full day session, there will be lunch and prayer break from 1pm – 2pm
2)Riders will be splitted into 2 or 3 groups, A & B or A,B & C. (depends on arrangement).
If the session runs for 2 groups A & B, each group will run for 30 minutes. For example, if Group A goes out at 9am, Group A riders MUST pit by 9.30am. Group B will then enter the track to start the session at 9.30am until 10am.
If the session runs for 3 groups, A, B & C, each group will run for 20 minutes. For example, if Group A goes out at 9am, Group A riders MUST pit by 9.20am. Group B will then enter the track to start the session at 9.20am and back to pit by 9.40am. Group C will then enter the track by 9.40am until 10am
3)Before the start of each session, each riders MUST attend the COMPULSORY track briefing which will be held at SIC Media Center. The following are the time schedule for trackday registration and briefing:

| 1.15pm – 1.45pm: | Safety briefing |
| 1.45pm – 2pm: | Tag collection |
| 2am – 6pm | Track session |
PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT RIDERS WHO FAILED TO ATTEND SAFETY BRIEFING WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE TRACK AND NO REFUND OF PAYMENT.
4)There will also be strict rules, regulations and etiquette that MUST be followed by every riders. Among others:
•NO SMOKING IN THE PIT. SMOKING IS ALLOWED AT THE DESIGNATED AREA BEHIND THE PIT
•PARK YOU CAR AT THE DESIGNATED CAR PARK. DO NOT BLOCK THE PIT ENTRANCE
•KEEP PIT BAYS CLEAN. NO LITTERING. THROW YOUR RUBBISH AT THE DESIGNATED BIN
•NO SMALL CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED AT THE PIT LANE OR PIT WALL
•NO STUNTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE TRACK. THIS INCLUDES WHEELIE, STOPPIE AND ANY OTHER DANGEROUS MANOUVER
•TRACKDAY IS NOT A RACE. PLEASE RIDE RESPONSIBLY
•DO NOT STOP IF YOU SEE ANOTHER RIDER CRASHED. LET THE MARSHAL AND MEDICAL OFFICER HANDLE THEM
•GET BACK INTO THE PIT IMMEDIATELY WHEN THE LIGHTS GO RED
Any riders, if found to be breaking the rules will be warned, penalised or even getting a ban entering the track. All data will be collected and pass to SIC for review and audit.
