ITALIAN BRAND MOTO MORINI IS DUE TO BE ASSEMBLED IN MALAYSIA BY MFORCE HOLDING. AVAILABLE SECOND QUARTER 2022

MForce Bike Holdings Sdn Bhd, has been appointed as the exclusive distributor of the Italian Brand Moto Morini in Malaysia. Moto Morini is an Italian motorcycle manufacturer developed by Alfonso Morini in Bologna in 1937.

In 1946, the Moto Morini began producing a single-cylinder, two-stroke engine with a three-speed transmission on the T125 model. Year after year, Moto Morini was always focused on development and improvement until they managed to produce an engine from two-stroke to four-stroke, namely the Corsaro Gran Turismo.

Moto Morini has also won several Italian championships from 1951 to 1967 and the Grand Prix. To date, Moto Morini is still recognized as one of Europe’s top 10 brands. With distributors all over the world, Moto Morini has become the brand of choice for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Currently, the Moto Morini lineup consists of Corsaro ZT, Corsaro ZZ, Milano, and Super Scrambler, which are large 1,200cc V-twin engine. In November last year, Moto Morini also launched the middleweight adventure motorcycle, the X-Cape 650. Now the touring market has more options for Malaysia market.

Powering the Moto Morini X-Cape 650 is a 649cc, L-twin cylinder, four-stroke engine. The liquid-cooled engine with an 8-valve DOHC distribution system and Bosch electronic fuel injection system. The motor pumps out 61 PS of power and 56 Nm of torque.

MForce’s Chief Operating Officer, Asri Ahmad, said, this appointment enhances MForce’s position as the leading motorcycle distributors in Malaysia. In 2021, the company’s sales performance increased by 25% compared to 2020. With these latest developments. MForce will continue to improve the quality of products and after-sales services to ensure that customer satisfaction is always a priority.

Before entering the local market, models from this brand will go through durability testing, first to ensure the overall quality and the best condition while adapting to Malaysian weather. Motorcycle enthusiasts will be able to own X-Cape 650 motorcycle in the second quarter of this year at all MForce authorized dealers nationwide. Meanwhile prices has not been announced but reliable sources said X-Cape will be locally assemble.
