Along the Penang Bridge there are “No Stopping” signs and large signboards with the words “Dilarang berhenti di atas jambatan” (Stopping on the bridge is prohibited).
We all like to take wefie… right? A post in Facebook showed a group motorcyclist standing on the ledge of the Penang Bridge taking a wefie. Another motorist in the group was standing outside of the bridge, pose a danger to himself, should he lose balance.
We may see more people stopping on the Penang Bridge to take photos. This may even lead to traffic congestions and busloads of tourists stopping for this purpose.
