The “Crossover” scooter segment heat up with SYM getting in to the category with the 2022 Husky ADV, powered by a liquid cooled, single-cylinder 4-valve 150cc engine. SYM presented this “Crossover” at EiCMA. The Husky ADV claimed to deliver 14.1 hp at 7,500 rpm with 14.5 Nm torque at 6,000 rpm. The 150 engine come with Anti-Lift Engine Hanger (ALEH), the ALEH function is to make the engine more stable when the throttle is open.
Still telescopic front forks but monoshok suspension at the rear, 260mm at the front and 233mm rear disc with ABS as standard. 13” rims mounts 12/70 and 130/70 tyres.
15liter tank, LED headlights, colour TFT Instruments will make this “Crossover” a forefront competitor to its rivals. No news on the price but hopefully MForce, the Malaysian SYM distributor will bring this to our market.
