Previously I suppose install on the RSV4 Factory, but since the RSV4’s Domino still usable, so decided to install on Hoonigan (MT-09) instead.
Stock Throttle: Rizoma Grip & Throttle. (Metal mix with grip which already hardened)
Throttling is so much smoother despite using White throttle ring meant for Track use with less throttling to full. Can be adjusted too at the cable connecting nut.
Using standard cable the throttle very snatchy at A mode but with the XM2 even A mode seems smooth but with full horsepower.
Had to order a Domino universal cable kit to fit Hoonigan. Had to cut the cables down to the required length, fit the cable end adjusters and screw on the special torque snap nipples.
Installing the universal cable, tank and filter has to be dismantled, to reach the throttle connector.
The universal throttle cable took longer than expected.

The XM2 push/pull unit uses twin cables and is supplied complete with three diameter cable-pull rings which have different effects on throttle speed, as follows
- White ring speed – 2.6° per mm
- Red ring peed – 2.7° per mm
- Green ring speed – 2.9° per mm
Supplied with Black and Red race grips (126mm long), and also compatible with all other 126mm Domino Race or XM2 Road Double Super Soft Grips, available separately.
The Domino XM2 comes with a universal cable kit with all the necessary parts needed to fit your motorcycle, simply cut the cables down to the required length, fit the cable end adjusters and screw on the special torque snap nipples
