The Shell FuelSave 95 Challenge concluded with an exhilarating final, where Chin Li Qin emerged as the champion from the South Zone. Outperforming four other zone winners, Chin Li Qin achieved an impressive fuel efficiency of 28.3 kilometers per liter, securing the prestigious title and a grand prize of RM20,000.
The Shell FuelSave 95 Challenge is a highly anticipated event that showcases drivers’ skills in maximizing fuel efficiency. Participants from different zones across the country competed in this thrilling competition, employing various techniques to conserve fuel while driving.
Chin Li Qin, representing the South Zone, exhibited exceptional driving skills and a profound understanding of fuel-saving techniques. Through strategic driving habits and careful vehicle maintenance, Chin Li Qin demonstrated outstanding efficiency, ultimately achieving an impressive fuel consumption rate of 28.3 kilometers per liter.
The victory not only earned Chin Li Qin the title of champion but also highlighted the significance of responsible driving and fuel conservation. As the winner of the Shell Fuel Save Challenge, Chin Li Qin serves as an inspiration to drivers nationwide, encouraging them to adopt fuel-efficient practices and contribute to a greener environment.

The Grand Finale challenge took place at Shell SM Alisha, Shah Alam, driving through Cyberjaya – Bukit Jalil – Cheras – Ampang – Gombak – Sri Hartamas – Kota Damansara – Puncak Alam and returning to the starting point, across various of types of roads totalling up 121KM distance.
Li Qin competed against Jeffrey Tan Teck Seng, (62) from Port Dickson, Ahmad Amirul Runass, (31) from Kuantan, Muhammad Jazli Mahathir, (30) from Ipoh, and Lai Siaw Feng, (38) from Kuching, proud representatives of their respective regions successfully surpassed above the average mileage of 18.5KM/L with Shell FuelSave 95.
The better by far maingrade fuel with the latest formulation was unveiled after five years of extensive research and tests conducted by 150 passionate fuel scientists across the globe.
