Spy shots of CFMoto’s upcoming 675 NK reveal it as a stripped-down version of the SR-R, with minimal changes to its hardware. The motorcycle is powered by the same 675cc inline-triple engine that CFMoto showcased at last year’s EICMA, which produces about 94bhp on the SR-R. This engine features a 120-degree crank, dual overhead camshafts, four valves per cylinder, and bucket tappets, and is known for being one of the lightest three-cylinder engines at just 54kg.
Visually, the 675 NK shares most of its components with the SR-R, including a bridge-type chassis, an aluminum swingarm, upside-down forks, and aerodynamic cladding on the front disc brakes. The main difference lies in the absence of the sportbike’s fairing, with the fuel tank and tail section remaining largely unchanged. The switch to a tubular handlebar suggests a more upright seating position compared to the SR-R.
In true CFMoto fashion, the 675 NK is expected to be well-equipped, with features like ABS, traction control, a quick shifter, full-LED lighting, and a color display with Bluetooth connectivity. The 675 NK is likely to debut in China around early 2025, with a broader international release to follow.
