SYM next-gen flagship Maxi Scooter, MAXSYM TL (Twin Line Cylinder) embraces outstanding motorcycle handling and unbelievable scooter convenience in one body. Nothing needs to be sacrificed due to the perfect art of fusion. It features a chain-driven eight valve DOHC, twin cylinder with reverse balance cylinder, 465cc scooter type engine that adds a dynamic performance together with a futuristic and sporty design.
With a 50/50 weight distribution and a shorter wheelbase, the single-sided multi-link rear suspension conveys the most perfect handling configuration for a Maxi scooter. SYM promises a vibration-free power from the rear wheel, 30 kW @ 6,750 rpm.
The exquisite “rear mono-shock with multi-link suspension” simply justifies the incredible ability to absorb the impact from the road surface and reacts delicately. This architecture enables the rider to sense every inch of the road’s feedback. Upside-down front forks with a double triple clamp enhance the rigidity of the suspension system with full stability.
The braking system covers dual radial 4-piston front caliper + 275mm wave discs with steel braided brake hoses, delivering powerful braking force. With the assist of the precise ABS control, the ultimate braking performance is assured.
