In line with the Move Your World branding direction, Toyota has upgraded its website in Malaysia to strengthen a customer-centric web design concept with new user-friendly features and a modern interface to enable optimal engagement through enhanced data-driven personalisation. The new
features, which include a search function, branding pages, home page personalisation, and a preferred dealer setting, will provide website visitors with a seamless web-browsing experience.
Ravindran K. also spoke on Toyota’s green strategy for its portfolio, based on achieving carbon neutrality with a multi-prong approach. “We believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution, and currently, Hybrid-Electric is the most viable way forward in achieving carbon neutrality”.
In Malaysia, he believes that HEVs are the most accessible and affordable option for car owners to begin their carbon-reducing journey, until the nation progressively move towards more forms of electrification to be more accessible. He also mentions that Toyota’s green lineup includes the carbon- reducing Corolla Cross Hybrid Electric, which will be joined by a second HEV in 2023.
