MFORCE AS THE OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTOR OF BENDA BRAND MOTORCYCLES IN MALAYSIA
Mforce hereby confirms that we are the official distributor of BENDA brand motorcycles in Malaysia, including the LFC700PRO model.
Recently, there was a post on social media regarding a consumer’s dissatisfaction with the quality of the LFC700PRO motorcycle model. We would like to clarify that the issue has been addressed in accordance with the established procedures and regulations.
Among the steps that have been taken are as follows:
1. The motorcycle in question has been fully repaired as it is still within the warranty period.
2. The owner of the motorcycle has filed a report with the Consumer Claims Tribunal of Malaysia (TTPM), and the case has been heard in accordance with the procedures and a decision has been obtained.
With this, we emphasize that the issue has been resolved through legal channels.
However, we regret that this matter has been publicized on social media in an inappropriate manner that could affect the good name of the company and the brand we represent. Therefore, we will take appropriate action to protect the company’s reputation and ensure that consumers receive accurate information and good after-sales service as promised.
