1 February 2026 – Kuala Lumpur
Mforce Bike Holdings Sdn. Bhd. has started 2026 with a statement of intent, officially opening its new Kuala Lumpur Service Centre and Operational Office in Segambut—an investment that signals how seriously the company is taking aftersales, infrastructure, and long-term growth in Malaysia’s increasingly competitive motorcycle market.
Spanning an impressive 77,000 square feet of built-up area, the new Mforce Kuala Lumpur facility now stands as the largest motorcycle service centre in the country. More than just a service hub, it has been designed to handle high-volume maintenance while streamlining operational efficiency across Mforce’s expanding portfolio of brands.
The opening ceremony was officiated by Datuk Wee Hong, Chairman of the Malaysia Motorcycle & Scooter Dealers Association (MMSDA), underscoring the facility’s significance to the wider industry. Also present was Mforce’s senior management team led by Managing Director Dato’ Sri Tan Lean Heah, alongside Chief Operating Officer Asri Ahmad, Senior Sales Manager Tang Hai Teik, Sales Manager Alex Lim Juinn Han, and Sales Manager Woon Huey Li.
Adding weight to the occasion was the presence of Mforce’s global principal partners, including Tuan Muhammad Zameer Bin Zahur Hussain, Chief Executive Officer of Petronas Lubricants Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., as well as representatives from the media, Mforce Premium Outlets, authorised dealers and stockists, financial institutions, business partners, invited guests, and members of the Mforce motorcycle community and riding clubs.
Designed around a true one-stop centre concept, the Mforce Kuala Lumpur facility goes well beyond the traditional service workshop. At its heart is the Mforce Gallery, featuring 16 dedicated display layouts showcasing the breadth of brands under the Mforce umbrella. Complementing this are a spacious customer lounge, the CR Café, an on-site restaurant, a comprehensive spare parts centre, and a dedicated spare parts warehouse supporting the full Mforce product range.
From a technical standpoint, the highlight is a RM1.5 million Motorcycle Inspection Test Bench, enabling detailed inspections of braking performance, lighting systems, and overall body alignment in accordance with industry standards. This investment reflects a clear focus on safety, quality control, and professional aftersales support—areas that are becoming increasingly important as the Malaysian motorcycle market matures.
Customer-centric facilities have not been overlooked. Prayer rooms, washrooms, comfortable waiting areas, and dedicated display and retail spaces for LS2 helmets and Mforce Oil products are all part of the package, creating an environment that feels more like a modern mobility hub than a conventional service centre.
With a total construction investment of RM40 million, the Segambut facility represents a long-term commitment rather than a short-term expansion. Full operations are expected to commence in the near future, further strengthening Mforce’s nationwide service and support network.
The event also marked the local introduction of the latest addition to Mforce’s product lineup—the CFMOTO 250 Dual, a new dual-purpose model aimed at riders seeking versatility for both daily commuting and light adventure use. Its launch reinforces Mforce’s ongoing strategy of broadening its portfolio to meet diverse rider needs.
Looking ahead, Asri Ahmad announced the proposed establishment of the Mforce Experience Club, a dedicated platform to support activities organised by Mforce motorcycle clubs while serving as a central channel for the latest product and service updates. Online registration for the programme will open from 15 February 2026.
To sweeten the deal, Mforce also revealed a special lucky draw exclusively for Mforce Experience Club members, to be held in conjunction with the Malaysia Bike Show 2026 this May at MAEP, Serdang. Five motorcycles of various models will be given away to selected lucky members—a move that is likely to further energise the brand’s growing community.
Ultimately, the opening of the Mforce Kuala Lumpur Service Centre and Operational Office is more than just another ribbon-cutting exercise. It reflects a clear, strategic push to elevate service standards, strengthen aftersales capability, and deliver a more complete ownership experience—key pillars for any brand serious about long-term relevance in Malaysia’s motorcycle landscape.
