• The Ducati Panigale V2 seems amazingly lightweight
  • The mid-weight segment has since been quite competitive and lucrative, with Ducati now producing the lightweight V2 and budding sport rider will have a fun trackbike in hand.

First Ride 2022: Ducati Panigale V2

Well I must admit, I always have the hots for a Duuu……cati Panigale!

But I fear there are 2 hotspot in a Ducati.

The first hots is the design, the feeling and the performance when riding a Panigale!

Holy shit! This Pani is a 955cc 2 cylinder, V engine bike, that produces an awesome 155hp @ 10,750rpm, hey man! It’s a 2-wheels Ferrari, man! This V2 road test is gonna be awesome!

I only dread the other hot-ness! The 2-cylinder processes so much heat to the exhaust, you will feel the heat on your butt, if you stay stationary for too long. So need to wear your leathers to enjoy the V2!

The next thing I love about the V2 is the super-responsive, super-smooth bi-directional quickshifter. It’s the best pre-factory installed quickshifter system, on the Panigale 959 is already almost perfect! Now has gone better!

This V2 has been equipped with Titanium Akrapovič underbelly full system! Sounds awesome, (do checkout our youtube channel i-MotoTV)

The slim tank, makes the V2 rides like a 250cc, and I’m totally in-love with rear tail even with pillion seat on, V2 has all the iconic signature from Panigale’s sharp aggressive look. Compare to the RS660, I have to admit, V2 have the extra edges but not much! Just a slight edge with the Arka fitted on!

It’s loud but the sound emitted is bass-fully harmonious that fits the character of the bike.
