The Malaysian motorcycle industry is about to welcome a new global disruptor — and this one is not coming quietly.
ZXMOTO, the rising Chinese performance brand that just shocked the world, is expected to arrive in Malaysia under MForce Bike Holdings, bringing with it serious racing credentials and a bold statement: they are here to compete with the best.
From Unknown to World Stage Domination
In just a matter of weeks, ZXMOTO has gone from an unfamiliar name to a headline-maker in global motorsports.
At the 2026 World Supersport Championship (WorldSSP) round in Portimão, Portugal, ZXMOTO achieved something no Chinese manufacturer has ever done before:
Win not one, but TWO races in a single weekend
French rider Valentin Debise, riding for ZXMOTO Factory Evan Bros Racing, delivered a dominant performance:
- Race 1: Victory with a clear gap
- Race 2: Back-to-back win, confirming consistency
This historic double win marks:
- The first-ever WorldSSP victory for a Chinese brand
- The first double win in WorldSBK history for China
- A major breakthrough against established giants like Yamaha, Ducati, and Kawasaki
Even more impressive?
ZXMOTO achieved this in their early stage of global racing involvement, making the result even more disruptive.
The Machine Behind the Victory: 820RR-RS
At the center of this success is the ZXMOTO 820RR-RS, a supersport machine built for competition.
Developed rapidly and refined within months, the bike proved:
- Strong straight-line performance
- Competitive race pace consistency
- Ability to perform under high-pressure race conditions
This is not just a marketing win — it’s real track validation at the highest level.
Backed by Racing Powerhouse: Evan Bros
ZXMOTO didn’t enter quietly. They partnered with Evan Bros Racing, one of the most experienced teams in WorldSSP.
This collaboration gave them:
- Proven race engineering
- Championship-level data
- Immediate competitiveness on debut season
The result?
Wins in only their early championship appearances — something even legacy brands struggle to achieve.
Coming to Malaysia with MForce Bike
Now, the big news for local riders:
ZXMOTO is expected to enter Malaysia under MForce Bike Holdings
This is a strategic move that makes perfect sense:
- MForce already manages multiple fast-growing brands (CFMoto, Benelli, QJMotor, etc.)
- Strong nationwide dealer network
- Proven ability to introduce new brands quickly into the Malaysian market
With this partnership, ZXMOTO could:
- Enter aggressively in the mid-to-high performance segment
- Challenge Japanese and European brands on value vs performance
- Attract younger riders looking for track-inspired machines
Why ZXMOTO Matters (Not Just Another New Brand)
Let’s be clear — this is not just another “new China bike brand”.
ZXMOTO represents a bigger shift:
- Motorsport-Proven Credibility
They didn’t start with cheap bikes.
They started with winning on the world stage.
- Rapid Development Cycle
From debut to race wins in months — this shows:
- Strong R&D
- Efficient manufacturing ecosystem
- Industry Disruption
For decades, WorldSBK has been dominated by:
- Japan (Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda)
- Europe (Ducati, MV Agusta)
ZXMOTO just broke that pattern.
What This Means for Malaysian Riders
If priced right — and knowing MForce’s strategy — ZXMOTO could become:
- A game-changer in the supersport segment
- A strong platform for track training & progression
- A serious alternative to traditional brands
Final Thoughts
ZXMOTO’s entry into Malaysia isn’t just another brand launch.
It’s the arrival of a manufacturer that has already proven:
That ZXMOTO can win.
And now, with MForce behind them, the question is no longer if they will make an impact…It’s how fast they will shake the market.
Since January 2026, Mforce has received three ZXMOTO motorcycle models to undergo durability testing in Malaysia. These tests are conducted to ensure that each model meets the required standards of performance, reliability, and suitability for local road conditions and climate before being officially introduced to Malaysian consumers.
According to Mforce Chief Operating Officer, Asri Ahmad, the official launch of the ZXMOTO brand will take place on 29 May 2026 during the Malaysia Bike Show 2026.
He added that motorcycle enthusiasts in Malaysia will have the opportunity to witness several of the latest models on display, including high-performance offerings. More notably, visitors will also be able to view a race-winning model that achieved a double victory in the WorldSSP class at the Portugal round of the Superbike World Championship, held from 28 to 29 March 2026, which is part of the FIM Supersport World Championship.
In addition, visitors will have the exclusive opportunity to meet Zhang Xue in person, who is expected to attend and enliven the event.
