The inaugural Malaysia Bike Show 2026 was officially launched today at MAEPS Serdang, marking the beginning of Malaysia’s newest large-scale exhibition dedicated to motorcycles, riding culture, mobility innovation, and the two-wheeler industry ecosystem.
Taking place from 29 May to 1 June 2026 from 10.00am to 10.00pm, the Malaysia Bike Show is organised by Moonman Events with the support of the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii), with strategic partnership from the Malaysia Motorcycle and Scooter Dealers Association (MMSDA). The event aims to strengthen awareness and appreciation of two-wheel mobility solutions while supporting the continued growth of Malaysia’s motorcycle industry.
The exhibition brings together internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric motorcycles (EV), showcasing the evolving future of mobility and the importance of energy-efficient transportation solutions. Beyond motorcycles themselves, the event also highlights the growing ecosystem surrounding the industry, including accessories, riding technology, safety gadgets, protective riding gear, and aftermarket innovations.
Spanning across 3 large halls, the Malaysia Bike Show features 72 exhibitors representing 92 prominent motorcycle and accessory brands, including 38 international brands. Attendees can get up close with an impressive showcase of 304 bike displays, 12 innovative concept bikes, and 92 future models set to redefine the market. Designed as a family-friendly event, the show also includes activities and attractions catering to visitors of all ages.
The Malaysia Bike Show 2026 was officially officiated by the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, YB Dato Sri Tiong King Sing, further reflecting the growing importance of motorcycle tourism, lifestyle, and mobility culture within Malaysia’s broader tourism and automotive ecosystem.
The exhibition also showcases concept motorcycles, giving visitors a glimpse into future design directions, new technologies, and mobility innovations shaping the motorcycle industry.
Longest Dedicated Bike Test Ride Course
One of the key highlights of the exhibition is the dedicated 4.2-kilometre test ride course, allowing visitors to experience a selection of 79 test-drive bikes in a controlled environment that better reflects actual riding conditions. Unlike conventional short demonstration tracks, the specially designed route gives riders the opportunity to better understand motorcycle handling, comfort, acceleration, braking, manoeuvrability, and riding characteristics across a longer riding distance.
For more adventurous riders, the event also features a specially prepared enduro and off-road riding course that introduces participants to more rugged terrain and adventure riding experiences. The feature reflects the growing popularity of touring, dual-purpose, and adventure motorcycles among Malaysian riders.
The dedicated riding courses are expected to become one of the main attractions of the Malaysia Bike Show, offering visitors a more immersive and hands-on experience beyond a traditional static exhibition.
An event for bike enthusiasts, and families too!
Beyond motorcycles, the Malaysia Bike Show 2026 offers a vibrant festival atmosphere with live entertainment performances, a wide variety of food and beverage selections, interactive activities, and attractive prizes to be won throughout the event.
The Malaysia Bike Show 2026 is expected to become a key platform for the motorcycle industry, enthusiasts, families, and the public to come together in celebrating innovation, mobility culture, safety awareness, and the growing future of two-wheel transportation in Malaysia.
