Eurotech Evolves as ETG, announces next phase and future models

Eurotech Wheel, the Malaysian importer of KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas and Zontes, announced its next chapter, evolving to the new name ETG, in short Eurotech Group, signalling a broader ambition for business expansion for the Malaysian motorcycle market.

ETG now spans motorcycle assembly, distribution, international brands representation, dealer and after-sales support, rider development and community engagement.

The Head of Marketing, Mr Gooi Seong Keng, ETG over the years has continued to broadend its capabilities, strenghtening it’s brand portfolio, building deeper relationship with dealers and riders. Taking their identity to the next level.

ETG announced the next chapter in its evolution, signalling broader ambitions as the business continues to grow in scale, capability and reach within Malaysia’s motorcycle industry.
The transition to ETG reflects the business that now spans motorcycle assembly and distribution, international brand representation, dealer and after-sales support, rider development and community engagement.

STRENGTHENING DEALER AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
ETG is targeting a nationwide network of 57 service centres and 73 dealers. This will be supported by training of more than 100 new technical specialists within two years, increasing access to servicing and technical expertise across Malaysia.
The Group will also introduce the ETG Dealer Management System to strengthen after-sales support between the Group and its dealer network. With turnaround targets of 60 minutes for common faulty parts and 24 hours for uncommon faulty parts, the system is designed to help dealers respond more efficiently to servicing needs and provide greater convenience for customers.
Mr Goi added, “Growth is not only about putting more motorcycles on the road. The support around every motorcycle has to grow with it. That means stronger dealer support, deeper technical expertise, better access to service and a closer relationship with riders throughout ownership.”

EXPANDING THE ETG FOOTPRINT
ETG will begin rolling out its Experience Showrooms across Malaysia, with the first locations planned in the northern, central and southern regions as part of a broader nationwide expansion. The transition to ETG builds on the capabilities the Group has established over the years while creating a broader platform for future development across its brands, operations, dealer support and rider engagement.

CREDIBILITY BUILT ON COMMITMENT
As ETG enters its next phase, it does so on a reputation built over years of consistent commitment to its brands, dealers and riders. Recognised in the market, trusted by its dealers, valued by global brand partners and respected within the industry, that credibility provides a strong foundation for what comes next.
